Judy greeted me as I arrived and she is always so sweet. Love her! My hygienist, Jennifer, did a great job. She's always so sweet, kind and does a great job of putting me at ease. She even convinced me to purchase a NEW Sonicare toothbrush. I'm all over that! Dr. Monroe is great and I'm taking her advice to go ahead and not put off the implant for 6 months. Appreciated that input very much!

Jennifer is the absolute BEST dental hygienist ever!!! She does such a great job, and it's not painful. Dr. Richardson I appreciate your thorough approach to dental care. I'm actually getting to the point I don't mind having dental work done thanks to you and your staff. I would also like to thank you for the care you have given my son. Since his permanent teeth were damaged due to a high fever as a child he has been embarrassed about his smile. You have begun the process to give him a new smile and he is so excited. I want you to know as his mother I appreciate this so much. He thinks you all are awesome too.

I was welcomed warmly and seated promptly. The dental assistant was efficient and calming. I was impressed with Dr. Rob's knowledge, his demeanor, his chair-side manner - he was just a delight - even got a little giggle out of him. I am looking forward to using Dr Richardson & Monroe in the future.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk, who was extremely nice and accommodating. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. At the end of the appointment, she worked closely with me to schedule my future appointments and was very efficient in finding dates and times that worked for me. I would like to meet someone as nice as her every day! Travis took my x-rays and he was very professional. He explained to me in advance what he was preparing to do, which kept me informed. Jennifer consulted with me on hygiene and prepared me for my upcoming cleaning appointments. She was very gentle with her instruments when she measured my gums and I am really looking forward to my first cleaning with her. Finally, Dr. Monroe was extremely pleasant to talk to and very thorough and informative in explaining the current condition of my teeth. I was impressed with her professionalism and her level of technical proficiency.
