The hygenist was so sweet and doing her best to make ne as comfortable as possible. Dr Monroe was very clear on telling me what was going on with my teeth in a language I could understand. Travis was very nice and polite.

Julie represents everything that one would expect from a professional organization such as yours. In today's work environment it is extremely hard to find people with the work ethic that Julie always demonstrates. This feeling also extends to the rest of the staff from entry to exit. The only comment I would like to make,as a first grader, is that when reclined back in the chair to have work done it would be nice to view a flat screen TV mounted on the ceiling. The programming could be limited to news, sports and some childrens interest viewing. I believe for me, as a seven year old, this would complete the overall excellent experience that one enjoys when visiting your business.

I've been to several dentist offices over the years and I can truly say that I have had the best dental care at this office than any other. I truly do not have that dreaded feeling when I enter the office. Everyone is warm and friendly and most importantly, very professional!

I have never been to a dentist where I felt more at ease and had a better understanding of my teeth and oral care. You all do a GREAT job of explaining everything and making me really begin to care and make changes to my oral health. My dentists in the past get me in, out, and say "great teeth". That never helped. I want to thank you all for actually taking the time to explain things to me and how I can correct any problems I have or even prevent future issues. I am very glad to be a new patient - and so is my husband! I am now an every day flosser. :) THANKS!

The receptionist was considerate, telling me of a delay and the reasons for it --- namely that the dentist hadn't yet stopped in to examine a prior patient. Jamie is always pleasant, efficient and professional. Sara was helpful in explaining dental insurance.

Jamie always does a great job cleaning my teeth and lets me know places I may be having problems so I can pay more attention to those areas and not develop into bigger issues. Dr. Monroe is always very concerned about my TMJ and makes sure I know that I can always call if I have problems with my splint.

On my first visit last week, Travis, Dr. Monroe, and Julie were great. They took just the right amount of time explaining to me my options and what they thought was right for me. The receptionists were extremely friendly and personable, too. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday with Jamielin, and she was also very thoughtful, yet thorough. I have already recommended Dr. Monroe and her staff to my coworkers. Keep up the great work. It is very refreshing to like your dentist office.

Judy greeted me as I arrived and she is always so sweet. Love her! My hygienist, Jennifer, did a great job. She's always so sweet, kind and does a great job of putting me at ease. She even convinced me to purchase a NEW Sonicare toothbrush. I'm all over that! Dr. Monroe is great and I'm taking her advice to go ahead and not put off the implant for 6 months. Appreciated that input very much!

Jennifer is the absolute BEST dental hygienist ever!!! She does such a great job, and it's not painful. Dr. Richardson I appreciate your thorough approach to dental care. I'm actually getting to the point I don't mind having dental work done thanks to you and your staff. I would also like to thank you for the care you have given my son. Since his permanent teeth were damaged due to a high fever as a child he has been embarrassed about his smile. You have begun the process to give him a new smile and he is so excited. I was welcomed warmly and seated promptly. The dental assistant was efficient and calming. I was impressed with Dr. Rob's knowledge, his demeanor, his chair-side manner - he was just a delight - even got a little giggle out of him. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk, who was extremely nice and accommodating. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. At the end of the appointment, she worked closely with me to schedule my future appointments and was very efficient in finding dates and times that worked for me. I would like to meet someone as nice as her every day! Travis took my x-rays and he was very professional. He explained to me in advance what he was preparing to do, which kept me informed. Jennifer consulted with me on hygiene and prepared me for my upcoming cleaning appointments. She was very gentle with her instruments when she measured my gums and I am really looking forward to my first cleaning with her. Finally, Dr. Monroe was extremely pleasant to talk to and very thorough and informative in explaining the current condition of my teeth. I was impressed with her professionalism and her level of technical proficiency.
